Children’s Medical Center is proud to welcome Dr. Jennifer Blount to our team. We’re certain our patients will benefit from the many years of exceptional experience as a pediatric M.D. that Jennifer brings.

Dr. Blount received her medical degree from the University of Iowa in 1999, after which she completed her pediatric residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She was board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2002. Dr. Blount became a full-time pediatrician in 2002 at Duly Health and Care (formerly DuPage Medical Group) with staff privileges at Central DuPage Hospital in DuPage County, Illinois.  

As a Pediatric Shadowing Sponsor, Jennifer has provided pre-med college students with shadowing experience and has also been a member of the Committee for Equity and Safe Sleep in Infants Initiative at Central DuPage Hospital. 

Additionally, Dr. Blount enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband, children, and dog, Tank. She moved to Arizona to be close to her college-aged girls.
